Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is the most important part. This sets the pace and the expectations of the sale process.
Here we will take a tour of your home and I will:
- Conduct a CMA (comparitive market analysis) for our pricing strategy alongside communicating what your goals are for the sale.
- Potential minor or major repairs that may help the sale of your home
- Importance of in system marketing
- The Seller’s Timeline
The Sellers Timeline + Added Services
I take pride in my system and how to get my clients from point A to be as simple and easy as possible
My sellers follow a very simple timeline:
- Initial Consulation
- Cleaning and minor/ major repairs (time may vary depending on your goals)
- Staging Consultation (May vary)
- professional photography and videography
- Marketing Upload on all platforms
- Realtor.ca Upload and Facebook Market Upload
- HIT THE MARKET: Day 0 checklist
- Daily Check-in’s until offers day
- Open Houses on Weekend
- Offers Day + Reviewing offers
- If we recieve 1 or more offers that we like then proceed to closing.
- Paperwork to finalize deals and send it to lawyers to close!
Now it may be more elobrate than this depending on the situation, but in general this is exactly what I follow to get you from an unsold house to a sold house!
